📦 Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
✅ Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused & Unworn — The item must not have been worn or used in any way.
- Unwashed — The item must not have been washed or altered.
- Original Condition — The item must be free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear.
- Tags Attached — All original labels and tags must still be attached to the item.
- Original Packaging — The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and intact.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to reject any return request if the item does not meet the conditions listed above. Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
